Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of documents Perform data entry tasks using spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Office programs Support office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic administrative duties Assist with clerical responsibilities such as proofreading documents, maintaining office supplies, and supporting team members with various administrative needs Utilize computer skills to update records in QuickBooks and other relevant software platforms Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Support client communication efforts through phone conversations and written correspondence Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and word processing tools Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette in a professional setting Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred but not required Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks simultaneously Clerical experience involving data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management is highly desirable Strong computer literacy with technical proficiency in office productivity software and general computer skills Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist where your organizational talents, technical skills, and customer service excellence will shine!
