Job Description

Pelican Pointe Nursing and Rehab is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our residents, families, visitors, and staff. This position also provides administrative support to our Human Resources and facility management teams. Responsibilities Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors. Answer and direct phone calls and take messages. Monitor the front entrance and maintain visitor records. Maintain and document resident petty cash , including receipts and transactions. Contact potential job candidates and schedule interviews. Assist with new employee onboarding and preparation of onboarding paperwork. Provide general administrative and clerical support. Maintain confidentiality of resident and employee information. Assist with other facility tasks and projects as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous receptionist, healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Basic computer skills. Professional, dependable, and able to multitask. Ability to work well with residents, families, and staff in a healthcare environment.
