Job Description

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday
  • Friday, 8:00AM
  • 5:00PM

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
: Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of foreclosure figures, including, but not limited to: responding to directing and processing daily incoming faxes, responding to borrower requests for loan balances, entering information into the computer system, escalating issues found within the firm, and ensuring client has received responses in a timely manner.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
: 1. Request and process external payoff and reinstatement quotes. 2. Respond to client attorney fees and costs requests. 3. Request and process additional fee requests to investors and clients. 4. Review and direct incoming firm faxes according to request type. 5. Responsible for documenting and delivering incoming accounting checks to the accounting department. 6. Responsible for processing daily electronic mailing systems (Walz). 7. Process incoming borrower payments to the clients/investors. 8. Mail non-electronic documents to the county for recording. 9. Prepare recorded documents for return to client. 10. Scan documents and mail into system. 11. Provides backup support to Front Desk/Receptionist as needed. 12. Performs all other duties as requested and assists as needed with any other firm related duties including various project.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Minimum four years mortgage banking experience a plus. 3. Strong communication etiquette (verbal and written). 4. Able work independently with little to no direction from management as well as be part of a team. 5. Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize based upon urgency.

Able to work cohesively with others or independently with little supervision. 4. Highly dependable (attendance, daily responsibilities/tasks, and project deadlines). 5. Competent in multi-tasking, prioritization, and maintain confidentiality. 6. Very detail-oriented. 7. Good decision maker. Understand when to take initiative or seek manager's input.
