Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals disgnosed with Autsism or other developmental disabilities. You will be implementing therapeutic interventions to improve their quality of life. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in applied behavior analysis and a passion for supporting children and adults in achieving their personal goals. Duties Implement behavior management strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles.
Collaboration:
Work closely with supervisors, BCBAs, and other team members to discuss client progress, modify intervention plans, and support treatment goals. Provide direct therapy services to clients, focusing on enhancing communication, social skills, and daily living activities (ADLs). Collect and analyze data on client progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in accordance with organizational policies. Stay informed about best practices in behavioral therapy and participate in ongoing professional development.
Behavioral Intervention:
Implement behavior intervention plans and conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients based on ABA principles. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in ABA or related field is preferred, but not required Experience working with children with autism is preferred, but not required Positive team player and energetic professional. Ability to communicate appropriately under varying conditions (considers the environment, people present) Strong organizational and time-management skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Good judgment and creative thinking skills. Demonstrates creativity, flexibility and the ability to prioritize and problem-solve. Must meet background check requirements. Pay:
$17.00 - $24.00 per hour
