Our story began in the Preston Center area, where Johnny opened his very first salon — and we're proud to plant new roots back in this prestigious neighborhood with our brand-new location on Sherry Lane. The Preston Center and Preston Hollow area is one of Dallas's most established and affluent shopping districts, home to a loyal, discerning clientele. This is an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face of our newest salon in a location rich with both history and opportunity. The Role As our Front Desk Receptionist, you are the first and last impression every client has of our salon. You'll set the tone for an elevated, luxury experience from the moment a guest walks in until the moment they leave.

Your responsibilities include:

Greeting clients warmly and providing exceptional, upscale hospitality Booking, scheduling, and managing appointments Answering and managing phone calls and client inquiries Handling checkout, payments, and transactions accurately Recommending and selling retail products to clients Keeping the front desk and reception area polished, organized, and welcoming Supporting stylists and the team to keep the day running smoothly Professional Image — Please Read Our brand is built on a polished, upscale experience, and every member of our team is expected to look the part. This is a non-negotiable part of the role: You must arrive impeccably groomed and professionally dressed for an upscale setting, every shift This means being dressed up, with hair styled and overall appearance polished and put-together Your personal presentation should reflect the high-end experience our clients expect If you take pride in your appearance and understand that you are a representation of the brand, you'll fit right in.
