Job Description

Texas Oral Surgery Group - Front Desk Coordinator We are looking for a driven Front Desk Coordinator to contribute to our "white gloves" treatment of our patients. With a 4.9 star rating on Google, we're looking to find the next team to grow within their career with us! All qualified candidates will be contacted within 48 hours of sending their resume! Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday (Travel),
Wednesday, Friday PURPOSE:
Responsible for greeting patients, checking them in and processing through their appointment.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Greet and receive patients in a friendly and professional manner Ensure patient data is accurate and current by reviewing it with the patient Document information in patient records system Prepare appropriate information prior to patient appointments Use discretion with all private information in a medical setting Verify patient insurance Communicate with other departments as required regarding patient accounts/concerns/questions Answer phones and direct call traffic as required
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in a medical or dental practice is preferred Excellent communication skills, professionalism and customer service ability. Highly collaborative Ability to process information quickly and accurately Willingness to learn new skills. Mature and dependable. Knowledge of computer software applications.
