Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a welcoming demeanor. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued upon arrival. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls appropriately and maintaining clear communication. Schedule appointments, confirm patient details, and update calendars using office management software. Handle data entry tasks accurately, including patient information, billing details, and appointment records. Maintain organized filing systems for patient records, correspondence, and administrative documents. Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office operations. Utilize computer skills across platforms such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to support daily administrative functions. Uphold professional phone etiquette while providing customer support and addressing inquiries promptly. Experience Candidates should have prior office management or administrative experience with a focus on clerical tasks in a healthcare or medical setting preferred. Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, is essential. Experience with QuickBooks for bookkeeping or billing purposes is advantageous. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse patient populations effectively. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail in proofreading and data entry, along with excellent time management capabilities are critical for success in this role. Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant will be considered beneficial for candidates demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and professionalism in fast-paced environments.
