Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Duties Greet visitors and clients with professionalism, warmth, and a friendly demeanor, ensuring excellent front desk customer service. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining phone etiquette. Handle data entry tasks with precision using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity software to maintain accurate records. Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or medical/dental professionals as needed. Perform clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies to support efficient workflow. Support office management activities by coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and ensuring the office environment remains organized and welcoming. Experience Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role within an office setting is required; previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is highly valued. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated customer service excellence with strong phone communication skills and professional phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance client communication across diverse populations. Experience with front desk operations in medical or dental offices is advantageous but not mandatory. Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, calendar coordination, and basic bookkeeping enhances your fit for this role.
