Do you have a friendly, outgoing personality and love helping people feel welcome? Join our team at TX Fitness as a Front Desk Associate ! As the first face our members see, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience every time someone walks through our doors. What You'll Do Greet members and guests with a warm, professional first impression. Assist with member sales tours, sign-ups, and account questions . Keep the gym clean, organized, and welcoming by helping maintain common areas. Work alongside our Kids Zone team and Personal Training staff to promote services, events, and gym goals. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide outstanding member support. Assist with social media content creation, including researching relevant video trends and producing engaging short-form videos and Reels to promote the studio and drive engagement Help drive a culture of teamwork, positivity, and health within our community. Assist with closing responsibilities to ensure the gym is secure, clean, and ready for members. What We're Looking For Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable and detail-oriented, with pride in maintaining a clean and organized space. Comfortable learning about gym services and helping new members get started. Previous customer service or fitness industry experience is a plus (but not required).
