Collaborate with a team of spa coordinators, sharing knowledge, best practices, and creative ideas to foster a supportive, high-energy work culture that promotes individual growth and collective triumphs. Collaborate closely with Skin Professionals to ensure coordination of services and exceptional client care.

Client Welcome:

Greet clients with warmth, enthusiasm, and a radiant smile, creating a positive and memorable first impression. Make them feel instantly comfortable and provide a seamless check-in experience.

Appointment Scheduling:

Efficiently schedule and coordinate spa appointments, optimize skin professional's schedules and ensure a smooth flow of services. Manage booking systems, promptly respond to inquiries, and confirm appointments, maximizing guest satisfaction.

Radiant Communication:

Be the master of clear and concise communication, both in person and over the phone. Provide detailed information about our services, promotions, products, and memberships leaving guests eager to experience Fizz.

Efficiency Superstar:

Keep the spa area well-organized, always ensuring cleanliness and tidiness. Restock supplies and assist skin professionals with tasks to keep the spa running smoothly.

Sales:

Become an expert on our skincare offerings and membership perks. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to sell memberships and re-books, which drive sales.
