Job Description
We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to support a fast-paced office environment in Galveston, Texas. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and callers while keeping daily front desk operations running smoothly. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a courteous and organized approach.
Work Schedule:
Tuesdays and Fridays 7:30AM-4:30PM.Responsibilities:
- Manage a multi-line phone system, directing incoming calls to the appropriate contacts promptly and efficiently.
- Welcome visitors upon arrival, provide assistance, and ensure a positive front office experience.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and help maintain an orderly daily calendar for office activities.
- Handle email communication and respond to routine inquiries in a clear and timely manner.
- Maintain organized filing systems to support accurate recordkeeping and easy document retrieval.
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks as needed to support daily office operations.
