MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Patient-Centric Attitude:
Genuinely serve our patients at every level, enhancing patient satisfaction and increasing office efficiency.Educational Background:
Completion of high school or equivalent is required.Experience Preferred:
1 year of billing and collections experience required in oral surgery, dental, or medical.Administrative Skills:
Working knowledge of computers for Microsoft Office, scheduling, insurance claims processing and records management.Multitasking Ability:
Demonstrated ability to multitask and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.Customer Service Expertise:
Experienced with customer service techniques, ensuring a superior patient experience.Adaptability:
Willingness to take on other duties as assigned and adapt to the evolving needs of the practice.HOURS OF OPERATION
Full-Time 30-40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.BENEFITS/SALARY
