Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Manage scheduling and appointments.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and clerical duties as needed.
- Provide support to staff members as a personal assistant when required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Actively contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration. Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or office management is preferred.
- Proficient in computer literacy with experience using Google Suite applications.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse individuals.
