LP Physical Therapy is looking for a friendly, organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our Hillsboro clinic. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping create a welcoming and efficient experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner Manage scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Verify insurance information and collect necessary paperwork Maintain accurate patient records Support clinic staff with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling software Ability to multitask in a fast paced clinical environment A positive, patient focused attitude

Compensation & Benefits:

$12-$15 per hour, based on experience Full time employees are eligible for employer sponsored health, vision, and dental insurance, plus PTO Join a growing outpatient orthopedic practice where you'll be part of a supportive team dedicated to patient care.

Pay:

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
