Receptionist

Description Position Summary:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, creating a professional and welcoming experience. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming communications, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Greet and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and employees in a professional manner.
+ Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
+ Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
+ Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
+ Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security procedures are followed.
+ Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management tasks.
+ Order and maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
+ Assist with administrative projects and provide general office support.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
+ Support various departments with clerical and administrative duties.
Requirements Requirements:
+ 1+ years of receptionist, customer service, administrative, or front desk experience preferred.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
+ Professional appearance and demeanor.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
+ Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience working in a corporate, medical, legal, or professional office environment.
+ Familiarity with multi-line phone systems.
+ Experience with scheduling software, CRM systems, or visitor management systems.
