What You'll Do Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails Greet and check-in clients, patients, or visitors in a professional and courteous manner Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases Perform various administrative tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing Maintain a clean and organized reception area What You'll Bring 1 or more years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions Familiarity with medical or industry-specific software and systems Availability to work 20+ hours per week, including afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
