Salon Receptionist Beleza Hair Studio | Katy, TX Beleza Hair Studio is looking for a friendly, outgoing, confident, and professional Salon Receptionist to join our team! We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people, making clients feel welcome, and being part of a fun, busy salon environment. You'll be one of the first people our clients see when they walk through the door, so having a great personality and positive energy is important. This is a part-time position, primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday , with opportunities for growth as you become more familiar with our salon and systems. What You'll Do Greet clients warmly when they arrive Answer incoming phone calls and client questions Respond to client texts and messages Schedule and coordinate appointments Check clients in and out Process payments Help keep the front desk and reception area organized and welcoming Provide a friendly, professional experience from the moment clients arrive until they leave Learn and use our salon software and systems What We're Looking For We're looking for a people person who enjoys interacting with clients and being part of a team.

The right person will be:

Outgoing and confident Friendly, energetic, and pleasant Organized and dependable Smart and a quick learner Mature and professional Comfortable talking with all types of people Comfortable using computers, phones, and technology Able to stay organized while handling multiple responsibilities A positive team player who enjoys helping others Spanish speaking is a big plus! A small percentage of our clients speak Spanish, so being able to communicate with Spanish-speaking clients would be very helpful. However, Spanish is not required . Experience Previous salon or receptionist experience is helpful, but not required . If you have a great personality, strong customer service skills, and are someone who learns quickly, we're happy to train you on our salon's software, systems, and processes. All training is provided in-house. Customer service experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, medical offices, hotels, or similar environments is welcome.
