This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during night shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Manage check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing. Conduct night audits, balancing daily transactions and preparing reports for management. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information as needed. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences. Qualifications Previous experience in guest relations or customer service within the hospitality industry is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail. A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding guest services.
