With a rich history spanning over 150 years, the company specializes in issuing title insurance and managing a wide range of real estate transactions, both residential and commercial. Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, visitors, and business partners. The ideal candidate enjoys providing excellent customer service, managing multiple priorities, and supporting daily office operations in a fast-paced environment. As the face of our organization, you will greet visitors, answer and direct incoming calls, process inquiries, provide administrative support, and help ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system. Welcome customers, vendors, applicants, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Provide administrative support including filing, copying, data entry, typing, and scheduling assistance. Process incoming search requests and inquiries received via email. Coordinate calendars, meetings, and office events. Arrange catering and logistics for office lunches and meetings. Receive and distribute incoming contracts and other business documents. Sort and distribute mail, packages, correspondence, and messages. Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed. Maintain clean, organized, and professional reception and conference room areas. Support office operations and perform additional duties as assigned. Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service and communication skills. Professional demeanor and positive attitude. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Proficiency with standard office equipment and computer applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support experience is a plus, but not required. Experience working with multi-line phone systems preferred. Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
