Job Description
Help us help others: The Receptionist will support counselors, physicians, staff, and individuals in the Mental Health Center Clinic. This person will work with the Office Coordinator to cover in person customer services of reception area and all telephone traffic including receiving and routing phone calls and messages appropriately. The Receptionist and Office Coordinator will also coordinate meetings, collect payments, initiate paperwork, and complete a multitude of various administrative duties to keep the office running smoothly. This compassionate, caring, and supportive team member will connect with the HCMHDD staff and individuals to provide optimum healthcare and contribute to the overall wellbeing of members of the community living with mental health challenges.
