Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join Lubbock Dental Specialists! The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a friendly, fast-paced environment and loves making meaningful connections. As the first point of contact in our clinic, our Front Desk Coordinators play a key role in shaping each patient's experience.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and welcoming patients and families with warmth and professionalism Answering and routing phone calls Checking patients in and out Verifying insurance and processing payments Scheduling and confirming appointments Preparing charts and managing daily administrative tasks Returning patient calls and assisting with questions Supporting team members and providers as needed to ensure smooth clinic flow Your work helps create an environment where patients feel seen, supported, and cared for from the moment they walk in. Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Friday schedules vary according to patient schedule)
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or
GED Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Bilingual abilities are a plus Previous dental or healthcare experience is beneficial Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with patients and families Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Adaptability, teamwork, and a positive, solution-focused mindset Why Full Smile?
