Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our patients while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Duties Welcome patients in a warm; friendly and professional manner. Assists patients in a friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up appointments as necessary Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times. Proofread and scan patient documents Collect payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from patients; and make change for cash paying patients. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels. Skills Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on patient satisfaction. Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Experience in front desk operations or similar roles is preferred. Resolving conflict in a friendly and helpful manner. Ability to manage calendars efficiently, ensuring optimal scheduling of appointments. Being able to work as a team with the office staff Able to be thorough and professionalism A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
