Job Description
Job Title:
Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents as needed
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with dental or medical office procedures is a plus
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
