We work with businesses on marketing, brand strategy, and campaigns, and we want every client who visits or calls to feel welcomed, confident, and well looked after. This is a role for someone who enjoys being at the center of a busy office. You'll manage the front desk, coordinate client appointments, and provide the administrative support that helps our team stay organized. We're looking for someone who brings positive energy to the workplace while maintaining a polished, professional manner in every interaction. Duties Welcome clients, visitors, and vendors, and connect them with the right team member. Answer and direct calls promptly, taking accurate messages when colleagues are unavailable. Schedule client meetings, manage calendars, and communicate appointment changes. Respond to routine client questions and help with follow-up emails and correspondence. Enter and update information in office systems, spreadsheets, and shared documents. Proofread routine documents and check records for accuracy. Keep reception, meeting spaces, supplies, and filing systems organized. Support the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks as priorities change. Requirements A friendly, composed, and professional approach to clients and colleagues. Strong communication skills, including a confident telephone manner. The ability to manage several requests while keeping track of the details. Comfort using email, calendars, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheets. Good judgment when handling private client or company information. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn how our team works. Reception or administrative experience is helpful, but strong experience in customer service or another people-facing role is also welcome. Spanish language skills would be useful when speaking with some visitors and callers, but are not required. This is a full-time, onsite position in Mission, Texas . The schedule offers some flexibility around client meetings and appointments, and we would welcome someone who can start immediately.
