Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain office organization through effective calendar management and scheduling appointments. Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and proofreading documents. Support office management tasks, ensuring a smooth workflow within the office environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure all administrative needs are met promptly. Must know how to use Canva or something similar to make flyers. Skills Strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all written communications. Proficient in administrative tasks with a focus on detail-oriented work. Experience as a dental receptionist or similar front desk role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with data entry processes and office management practices. Competent in using computerized systems for scheduling and record keeping. Excellent calendar management skills to coordinate appointments effectively.
