You will be the first point of contact for pet owners, ensuring smooth communication between clients, veterinary staff, and pet caregivers. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive environment where animals and their owners feel valued and supported. Bilingual preferred Duties Greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide clear information about services and procedures Collect payments for services rendered, including medical collections, ensuring accuracy and professionalism Excellent communication skills for clear client interactions and teamwork within a busy veterinary environment
