A Receptionist greets and directs customers or visitors that come in to an office or business, and answers and directs incoming phone calls. Deals with mail or courier services. May schedule appointments or meeting rooms, gather patient information, or assist with filing or other administrative support work.
Massage Bliss and Cryo is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Properly open and/or close the spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures. Accurately book appointments, answer phones, sell gift cards, and sell Wellness Programs. Ensure that the check-in and payment process is handled following company policy by processing cash, credit card, and credit card transactions. Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions, and/or discounts available. Handle guests' questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and courteously. Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well-organized work area. Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings for the spa. Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management, including marketing, running accounting reports, inventory control, ordering products, deep cleaning, etc... Provide Normatec Sessions according to appropriate procedures (Will be trained)
Requirements :
Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multitask. Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment. Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills. Must possess basic math and money-handling skills. Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality. Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills. Must be a team player.
