Greet our guests with warmth and enthusiasm Operate within our goal of "White Glove Service." Answer calls from clients and vendors Answer telephone calls and screen them appropriately to ensure they are routed to the correct recipients Prepare correspondence, signage, and other documents using computerized and traditional office equipment Verify incoming appointments with sales staff
