Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently to appropriate departments or personnel Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using patient software and calendar management tools Handle data entry tasks accurately within spreadsheets and office management systems, maintaining organized records Perform clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence to support office operations Support administrative functions including document preparation, word processing, and maintaining office supplies Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service abilities with professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs Technical proficiency in office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, printers, and fax machines Previous experience with front desk responsibilities or personal assistant roles is highly desirable Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to ensure productivity across multiple duties Experience in Dental is a plus Join us as a Front Desk Receptionist and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering excellent service while honing your administrative expertise.
