Job Description
Pediatric Office in Sugar Land looking for qualified administrators.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist with various office tasks, including data entry, proofreading, and transcribing
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
