Job Summary Wendlands Farm Products is seeking a dedicated, organized and experienced Customer Service Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This full-time position requires a thorough knowledge of clerical and office procedures as well as excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients with enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently.
- Maintain accurate data entry, filing, and record-keeping for all administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and courtesy.
- Support office management duties such as supply inventory, document proofreading, and filing systems.
- Provide customer support by addressing questions or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Perform clerical duties including typing, proofreading, data entry, and maintaining organized files. Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
- Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail for proofreading, filing, and data entry tasks.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of office equipment operation including printers, scanners, and fax machines.
