Job Description
Performs clerical work, requiring the use of general clerical skills gained through experience or formal training. Will be greeting and receiving all clients/customers who present themselves at the front reception/lobby area. Will respond promptly to customer needs. Will be answering phones, faxing, copying, sorting documents, and will utilize the Anasazi Systems/Microsoft Windows/Excel/Access. Will work under the immediate supervision of the Support Services Supervisor.
