WIRED WIRED

Neuromuscular Performance takes a neurological approach to rehabilitation and performance training — helping clients restore movement, regain capacity, and perform at a higher level through our proprietary WIRED System. You'll join a mission-driven team working at the intersection of neuroscience, movement, and human performance, alongside specialists and clients ranging from rehab patients to elite athletes. The Role You're the operational heartbeat of WIRED. You own the daily schedule end to end — every client checked in, every session closed out, every payment collected — and you're the first face clients see when they walk in. If you love keeping a complex day running flawlessly and genuinely care about health and human performance, you'll thrive here. What You'll Do

  • Own the daily schedule in
Acuity:

review it at shift start, track it live all day, and close out every appointment by end of day (completed, cancelled, rescheduled, no-show, or flagged for follow-up — nothing left unresolved or rolling into tomorrow)

  • Collect payment at time of service, apply package credits accurately, and follow up on any outstanding balance the next business day (unresolved items past ~48 hours get escalated to management)
  • Greet and check in every client; notify specialists of arrivals and keep the lobby experience seamless
  • Book each client's next appointment before they leave and proactively flag package renewals to specialists
  • Support recovery-service sessions (setup, approved instructions, reset) per WIRED protocols
  • Keep client-facing areas organized and client-ready; flag maintenance or supply needs
  • Communicate clean handoffs between shifts: schedule changes, no-shows, balances, and escalations What We're Looking For
  • 1+ years in a front-desk, reception, scheduling, or client-facing role (wellness, fitness, PT/clinic, or hospitality a plus)
  • Genuine interest, experience, or passion in health, wellness, sports, physical therapy, or rehabilitation — what we do should excite you
  • Highly organized and detail-obsessed; you catch small discrepancies before they become problems
  • Comfortable handling payments and having direct, professional conversations about money
  • Warm, calm presence with clients; clear and concise communicator with the team
  • Tech-comfortable and quick to learn scheduling software (we use Acuity)
  • Reliable, punctual, and ownership-minded: see it, own it, document it, resolve it Nice to Have
