We are a leading automotive dealership group dedicated to delivering exceptional service and high-quality vehicles to our customers. With a diverse range of brands under our umbrella, we strive for excellence in every aspect of our business, from sales to service. We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at the Young Automotive Group. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Yes Responsibilities Provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers Answers incoming calls and greet guests Take Messages and ensure timely responses to customers Validate Identification for Guests in the check in process Completes data entry and various reporting tasks Distribute incoming and outgoing mail accordingly Qualifications You must have: A history of excellent attendance and prior work performance Excellent organizational skills Strong customer service skills in person and over the phone A strong work ethic Strong excel skills A willingness to learn and grow Excellent interpersonal skills Able to lift up to 30 pounds for various tasks Valid drivers licenseBenefits
