What you'll do: Answers phones in a professional and timely manner Directs calls to appropriate departments and takes messages as needed Greets visitors warmly and assists with questions and facility tours Provides directions and general information to guests, residents, and vendors Sorts and distributes incoming mail to staff and residents Maintains a clean, organized front desk/work area Assists department heads with administrative tasks as requested Schedules medical and follow-up appointments and updates tracking systems Follows infection control policies and facility procedures Performs additional duties as assigned What we offer: Competitive hourly paybased on experience Professional liability insurance Flexible schedule On the job training/mentoring as needed Continuing education What we're looking for: Must be able to read, write, and speak English Basic phone and computer skills required High school diploma or equivalent required General office experience preferred, but not required Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Ability to lift, push, or pull 25-50 lbs. unassisted Exposure to body fluids and communicable diseases Adequate vision and hearing (with or without assistive devices) to perform duties Meets facility health requirements as outlined in policy Why us: Our receptionists care for a geriatric population that depends on consistent, knowledgeable, and compassionate care.
