Position Summary:
An excellent opportunity to work in a very respected, busy Family Medicine Clinic. The perfect candidate must have previous medical experience, comfortable with technology, remains cheerful, calm, friendly, and courteous at all times with patients and staff.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: With detailed accuracy, responsible for patient data entry including demographics, insurance, health information Meet and greet patients cheerfully and personably Appointment scheduling Excellent telephone etiquette Comfortable collecting money for copays, deductibles, account balances, day-end system balancing, etc. Know and follow all HIPAA rules and guidelines. Follows all Local, State, Federal laws and requirements Willing and able to cross-train on multiple desks with different responsibilities on each Able to stay on task to completion Maintain tidy, organized, clean, sanitized office Participate in day-end office cleaning and sanitizing Able to work in both our Orem and Provo office

  • Friday:
    9:00 a.m.
  • 5:00 p.m. This position is for two
  • three days each week.
