Job Description

Part-Time Receptionist - Mental Health Clinic We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and customer service-oriented Receptionist to join our growing mental health practice.
Schedule:
Monday & Wednesday 2:00 PM - Close (typically 6:00 PM) Approximately 8 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours. About the

As the first person our clients see and speak with, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, calm, and professional environment. We are looking for someone who understands that every interaction matters and who can provide exceptional customer service while maintaining empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in clients Answer phones and assist with scheduling Respond to client questions and provide excellent customer service Collect payments and verify information Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Communicate effectively with providers and staff Protect client confidentiality at all times
Preferred Qualifications:
Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor Excellent communication and organizational skills Reliable and punctual Comfortable using computers and learning new software Previous receptionist, medical office, or customer service experience is preferred but not required Opportunity for
Additional Hours:
Applicants interested in additional hours may have the opportunity to be trained as a Ketamine Treatment Monitor (Sitter). This role provides support to patients during ketamine treatment under the supervision of our clinical team. Additional opportunities and hours may also become available as our practice continues to grow. From $15.00 per hour
