Job Description

JOB TITLE
Full-Time Receptionist
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Greeting patients and visitors to the center. Document patient arrival in charting system. Complete pre-financial calls to patients prior to appointment. Provides support to business office team as needed. Responsible for performing daily tasks such as mail handling/processing, answering phone and routing incoming calls, and other similar duties, using a computer and phone system.
Shift Assignment:
This position will have a set shift of Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:00pm. Closed on weekends and all major holidays.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma required. Prior experience in a medical office setting of 2+ years is required.
