Receptionist / Evening Security Clinical Consultants, LLC Ogden, UT Job Details Part-time From $16 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Job description: Clinical Consultants is seeking a part-time, evening Receptionist / Security Worker to join our team for work in a substance abuse and mental health counseling facility in our Ogden location.

Anticipated Schedule:

Early evenings. Monday - Thursday 5pm to 9pm, Occasionally Friday from 5-7pm Expected Duties Provide front‑desk reception: greeting clients, answering questions, checking clients in, and updating demographics or payment information. Receive referrals and schedule appointments. Oversee urinalysis (UA) testing (observe and collect or test urine samples, track and report UA attendance, report lab results to team, input into EHR (Electronic health record). Assist with collections on client balances, including discussing outstanding payments, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate financial documentation. Maintain suite security and monitor client flow so Clients don't access unapproved areas File paper records and complete general administrative assisting tasks. Proficiency in Excel and Word; ability to learn new databases. Strong interpersonal skills, professional phone presence, and high accuracy in daily work. Ability to perform light maintenance and basic cleaning (e.g., changing light bulbs), light cleaning, and lift up to 40 lbs. (such as a box of copy paper).
