Position Summary:
We are looking for a hard worker with strong customer service and multi-tasking skills, promotes a productive and positive relationship with our patients, provides courteous and friendly service, and contributes to a positive work environment.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Maintains patient records by obtaining and accurately recording patient demographics, insurance, and billing information.
  • Protects the rights of patients by maintaining confidentiality of personal, health and financial information.
  • Provides efficient, effective patient care in compliance with clinic policies and procedure, legal and regulatory standards.
  • Schedule appointments, put in orders, update and send tasks in our EMR, and update patients' charts.
  • Responds promptly, professionally, and courteously to patients' needs.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Outstanding customer service.
  • Attention to detail, strong organization skills and to be able to follow through on all tasks.
  • Demonstrates excellent computer, telephone, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, dependable, professional, and friendly team player.
  • Great with people with the ability to interact with a lot of different personalities.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Medical office experience preferred but will train the right candidate
Hours:
Mondays-Friday 7:30am-5pm (occasionally later). Locations include Orem, Provo, & Salem.
