Copper View Animal Hospital is a family-owned eight doctor veterinary clinic with a 3 groomer grooming and boarding facility attached providing exceptional medical care to companion animals and support to their owners. We are currently seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Full-Time Receptionist. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and a genuine love for animals. This position requires someone who can multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Schedule:

The schedule for this position will be Tuesday, Thursday,Friday 8-6 and Saturday 8-5

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival. Schedule boarding appointments and manage the groomers calendar. Answer phone calls and address client inquiries or concerns.. Assist with billing and processing payments.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma/GED Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred. Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute. Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism. Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.
