Position Summary:
Our Salem Physical is looking for outstanding individual to fill a full-time position as receptionist. Successful candidate must maintain a professional image in the office and in all communications. Must be able to multi-task while maintaining good patient and staff relations along with providing exceptional customer service.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Take incoming calls and schedule appointments for patients.
  • Greeting patients and completing registrations as needed.
  • Take payments.
  • Complete Referrals.
  • Complete insurance verifications and benefits check.
  • Must be able to work well as a team player and be able to work on your own individual responsibilities.
  • Must provide courteous and friendly customer service; be able to work under pressure in a very busy office.
  • Multi-tasking is an important skillset.
Qualifications:
Must be over 18. Must have excellent customer service skills, and telephone etiquette. Must be great with people and very friendly with strong communication skills, both written and oral. Must have a high school diploma One-year plus experience in customer service in a health care environment.is preferred Able to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.
Hours:
40 hours a week between Monday and Friday. Specific weekdays to be determined, regular shifts are 7:00am-5:00pm.
