Overview We are a fast-growing law firm specializing in criminal defense and personal injury cases, seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client and phone communications, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Bilingual Spanish speaking skills are desired to better serve our diverse client base. Duties Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, creating a welcoming environment. Manage client communication, including scheduling appointments and responding to inquiries efficiently. Handle incoming phone calls, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages as needed. Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks using computer software, demonstrating strong computer literacy. Assist with various clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation to support the legal team. Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Support the firm's growth by taking on additional responsibilities as needed. Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred; previous experience in a legal setting is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in standard office software applications. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish speaking skills are highly desired to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Professional demeanor with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and initiative. Pay:
$15.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
