) friendly, kind, and outgoing receptionist to join our small healthcare team. We are conveniently located inside Art City Pharmacy in Springville . What We're Looking For No prior experience required — we're happy to train the right person! A willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and good communication skills Ability to work independently with our small, close-knit staff (NP, part-time MA, and receptionist) Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Schedule Monday-Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm No weekends or holidays Option for one full-time receptionist or two part-time receptionists (M/W/F and Tu/Th). Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the office Register patients, work with insurance companies Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing All other duties as needed Skills Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers) Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude
