Scheduled hours would be Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm with a 1 hour lunch. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office functions, managing schedules, coordinating vendor relationships, and supporting team members with clerical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will bring energy, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to streamline processes, enhance office productivity, and foster a positive work atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills while contributing to a well-organized and efficient workplace. Responsibilities Manage office operations including scheduling, filing, records requests, insurance verifications and authorizations and front desk duties to ensure seamless daily activities Oversee calendar management for staff appointments, meetings, and events, coordinating logistics as needed Help with cleaning patient tables, getting patients started on heat and laundry if needed Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail in clerical tasks such as filing and record keeping Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently while maintaining a welcoming environment Experience in medical office management or similar environments is a plus but not required This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute their organizational expertise in a fast-paced setting.
