Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This candidate will be the first point of contact for patients; ensure a welcoming and professional experience while managing daily front desk operations, including scheduling and patient inquiries. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner Manage incoming calls, text messages, and inquiries with excellent phone and text etiquette Manage check-ins/check-outs Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records Process payments Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using computer systems Ensure that all clerical duties are completed in a timely manner while adhering to confidentiality protocols Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations Qualifications Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent computer literacy with experience in data entry and managing computerized systems Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
