Job Description

PRIMARY ROLE
Help to maintain a high level of client service and satisfaction by presenting a professional image via phone and in person
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent; two-year college degree preferred. Two years' minimum experience as a receptionist (or equivalent position) in a professional environment working with the public, handling high volume of incoming calls. Completion of or enrolment in ongoing Receptionist courses (Fred Pryor, Career Tracks, etc.) Experience working with basic multiple line PBX phone system w/monitor screen and scanning/document management technology preferred Basic automation skills, including Word, Excel, document management software, and Outlook "Grace under pressure"
