Job Description
Full-Time Office Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Position in Privately Owned Sports/Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Clinic. 1-2 years of experience in a medical office position preferred. Job duties include, but are not limited to: scheduling patients, managing the schedule for a multi-therapist office, interacting with patients at the front desk, contacting insurance companies regarding benefits, contacting other medical offices, and assisting in billing procedures. Position comes with full paid benefits, including health/dental insurance, 401K, and sick/vacation. Must be professional, compassionate, friendly, have good communication skills, and be a team player. We provide a fun and energetic environment for both our staff and patients. We are looking for someone who wants to work in a great atmosphere!
