This is a part-time position for 2 days per week. We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dental office.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and checking in patients Answering phones and scheduling appointments Verifying insurance benefits Dental insurance billing and claim follow-up Posting payments and managing patient accounts Following up on outstanding insurance claims Communicating with patients regarding balances and treatment Providing excellent customer service Assisting with other front office duties as needed
Requirements:
Previous dental front desk experience is required Dental billing experience is required Knowledge of dental insurance and claims Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a busy office Must be bilingual in
English and Spanish Schedule:
