Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for clients, job seekers, and visitors. This role is essential to creating a welcoming environment while supporting daily office operations, recruiting activities, and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, applicants, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate appointments. Process applications and maintain accurate candidate records. Perform data entry and update client and employee information in company systems. Assist recruiting staff with onboarding, screening, and administrative tasks. Manage office supplies, filing systems, and general office organization. Support payroll processing and other branch administrative functions as needed. Ensure the reception area and office environment remain professional and welcoming. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. 1+ years of administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office coordination experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
